CUBrandMonitor creates survey forms that you can utilize on landing pages or in emails to your members. These surveys help you understand customer feedback, deter negative experiences, and encourage positive responders to post their reviews online.
As a CUBrandMonitor client, you have access to two sections in Review Builder:
- Review Forms
- Review Widgets
Create Review Forms
Once in Review Builder, click Review Forms in the top left. This page will show all your active forms. Click Add New Review Form to get started at the top.
You’ll see two options to select from: a simple form and a net promoter form. Select which form you’d like to customize and click the image of the form to get started.
Here you can change the colors and text on the form to be more similar to your brand. If you are an HTML wiz, you can add a logo or other media into the HTML. Simply click Edit Form at the top to get started.
Each form comes with a thank you page. You have the option to edit that by clicking Preview Thank You Page at the top. If you’d rather edit the code, you can also do that where it says Edit Thank You Page.
Once your form is to your liking, hit Save. You can manage your forms anytime on the main Manage Review Forms page.
You can:
Edit, copy, delete, or preview.
Once the form is ready, you need to create a Campaign.
Create A Review Campaign
On the main Review Builder screen, select Campaigns in the top left corner. On this screen, you can create and manage campaigns. Click Add A New Campaign at the top. Name your campaign and select the form you want to use.
The next step is VERY important. Do NOT select a delivery method or you will be charged for sending emails through the program. To avoid the charges, click the X in the delivery method corner.
Once you click Save, you need to get the live link to use in your promotion. Click the chain icon to access your live link and set your merge tags.
This will open the Campaign Link Generator page.
Make sure the merge field name and merge tag are accurate and aligned to your email provider. Then copy the link in Step 2 and you’re ready to go! Use this link as you’d like in emails and on landing pages. All the information that is gathered will be stored in Review Builder in CUBrandMonitor!
To analyze the number of reviews you received from the campaign, click the name of the campaign on the main campaign page.
Create Review Widgets For Your Website
Reviews = credibility. When a potential or current member comes to your website, show off your positive reviews right there by creating a widget. There are three widget styles:
- Summary Template
- Basic List View
- Carousel
Once you select a template type, you can customize your colors, decide which reviews to publish via widget, and more. Once the widget is created to your liking, click save. You can access the embed code on the widget home page. Take that code and embed it on your website to get started!
