Callahan’s CEO Leadership Circle is an exclusive two-year program crafted to elevate credit union CEOs’ leadership through the support of a trusted cohort of peers and Callahan’s team of expert facilitators.

The program is organized around key topics and issues that CEOs must lead, with outside resources providing a starting point for dialogue among the cohort. Utilizing tools and techniques designed to promote reflective, structured, and strategic discussions, the program encourages open dialogue and deep engagement.

Each cohort is limited to no more than 10 participants, ensuring an engaging and personalized experience.
