Account Management Coordinator

Summary/Objective
This role will have a bird’s eye view of the end-to-end client success function and have an immediate impact on both your team’s and the company’s success. This role establishes the building blocks needed to progress within the Account Management team as an individual contributor, as well as opportunities within other departments within the company.
Essential Functions
- Provides assistance and support to the Account Management team through ongoing efforts.
- Engages with senior-level executives within the credit union industry to proactively schedule and confirm meetings through e-mail, calling and tailored engagement campaigns.
- Delivers high-quality client service experiences that will drive future cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinates with internal staff to ensure the right individuals are present to support the Account Managers in their client calls.
- Partners with Account Managers to create customized plans for assigned territories to deepen awareness, increase utilization, and drive retention and growth within the current client pool.
- Ensures our CRM database (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, client contact information and relationship insights.
- Continuously identifies and presents innovative ideas to drive client loyalty and growth.
- Develops a knowledge base for the credit union supplier (vendor) industry to support our verification efforts.
Required Experience
At least one to two years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- General interest in the Financial Services industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives by e-mail and phone.
- Experience thinking through problems creatively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities.

Summary/Objective
The Data Integrity Analyst is a highly analytical and detail-oriented role responsible for managing, validating and transforming critical business data. This position requires strong technical skills in SQL Server and SSIS, along with the ability to analyze complex data patterns, identify the root causes of inconsistencies and propose logical, effective solutions. The analyst must demonstrate sound critical thinking and a methodical approach to ensure the accuracy and reliability of key data assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the organization’s data governance framework, including policies, procedures and data standards.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures and views to support data validation and quality monitoring.
- Build, manage, and optimize SSIS Packages for data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) across multiple systems.
- Conduct regular data audits to detect anomalies, duplicates and integrity issues, and take corrective actions.
- Analyze data discrepancies to determine underlying causes and recommend process or system improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, developers and data stewards to define and enforce data quality standards.
- Document data flow processes, validation rules and quality metrics for reporting and compliance.
- Support projects involving data migration, integration or system upgrades with a focus on maintaining data integrity.
Travel
Minimal out-of-area and overnight travel is expected.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a data-related role (e.g., data analyst, data quality analyst, business analyst).
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL design and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets with a critical and logical approach.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and fix them.
- Solid understanding of data integrity principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, or Alation.

Summary/Objective
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior management team. This role will provide direct support to key members of the senior leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations. As part of a 100% employee-owned company, this role plays a vital role in enabling leadership to operate effectively and collaboratively across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills and keen attention to detail. A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and strong sense of ownership are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate schedules and ensure efficient meeting organization.
- Coordinate and handle travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations and ground transportation.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, leadership presentations and other high-level communications
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Summary/Objective
The QA Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of manual and automated tests to ensure the stability and quality of software products. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to support releases and maintain high product standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in test automation and a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans and cases across multiple platforms (web, API, backend).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Identify, log, and track defects in issue tracking systems.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and QA reviews.
- Validate features and functionality against business requirements.
- Report test coverage, defect trends, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software testability and quality.
Travel
Minimal out-of-area and overnight travel is expected.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, types of testing, and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or Selenium-based frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Experience testing APIs and using Postman or REST-assured.
