She advises mission-driven organizations on strategies that do well by doing good, aligning business goals with purpose to drive meaningful impact.

Previously, as Chief Growth Officer, Andrea led a comprehensive rebrand, charter change, and market expansion for an 86-year-old credit union, delivering transformative growth while maintaining high member satisfaction and retention. Her collaborative, data-informed approach helps uncover each organization’s unique strengths and translate them into strategies that deliver measurable results.
