Summary/Objective
As we continue to enhance our digital presence, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive Digital Content Coordinator to join our team and support the management and optimization of our websites.
The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of Callahan’s web properties, including CreditUnions.com. The Digital Content Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s website and advertising placement operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, a passion for web technologies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure our websites are user-friendly, up-to-date, and performing optimally.
Essential Functions
Website Maintenance
- Oversee routine website updates, including content, images, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure all website components are functioning correctly and efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving any issues promptly.
Content Management
- Manage and update website content using the content management system (CMS).
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure accurate and timely publishing of new content.
- Collect advertisement placements to run on schedule.
- Manage advertising placement via Google AdManager.
Collaboration
- Work closely with media, marketing, and advertising to ensure efficient operations.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor website performance metrics, such as load times, uptime, and user experience.
- Monitor and report on website advertising performance.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track visitor behavior and website traffic, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
SEO Optimization
- Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of web development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project requirements and deliverables.
Required Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in website or content management-related field.
- BA/BS Degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.

Summary/Objective
The Industry Analyst I is an entry-level role focused on analyzing and tracking credit union industry data through financial analysis and benchmarking. The primary responsibility is to identify key financial trends within the credit union industry, determine their relevance to clients, and communicate these insights through various formats. This position will involve both client-facing and back-office work, including building reports, writing articles, supporting consulting engagements, and troubleshooting client requests. The analyst will also assist in preparing customized content for clients, contribute to regular publications and help clients with our analytical software tools.
The Industry Analyst I will support many departments and business lines across Callahan. The goal of our work is to translate industry trends from large, raw datasets into digestible stories and visuals. Our clients then use these insights to develop strategies that will improve both their business and their members’ financial lives.
Essential Functions
- Conduct data-driven analysis of industry trends and market conditions.
- Maintain working knowledge of Callahan’s datasets and client-facing products, and understand their value to clients.
- Assist in preparing consulting proposals, client presentations, and webinars.
- Offer training and real-time software support to clients, addressing issues and building an understanding of data analytics and benchmarking.
- Assist in loading new data into our software, and work to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated on industry developments relevant to credit unions and the broader financial services sector.
- Pursue professional development to expand industry knowledge.
Required Experience
Entry-level experience demonstrating strong analytical skills through work or internships.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, business analytics or related field.

Summary/Objective
We are seeking a talented Events Coordinator to help create exceptional events that strengthen our brand presence and foster client relationships. In this role, you will assist the Event Manager in planning our in-person events, including corporate meetings, executive roundtables, trade shows, and other gatherings. You will also be team lead on all Callahan virtual executive roundtables.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in in-person event planning, virtual event planning and marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing unforgettable events that align with our company’s objectives.
As we continue to enhance our digital presence, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive Digital Content Coordinator to join our team and support the management and optimization of our websites.
Areas of Responsibility
- Collaborate with Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including trade shows, conferences, executive meetings, and corporate events.
- Set up and oversee all virtual executive roundtables and other virtual events/webinars as needed.
- Moderate and monitor virtual roundtables and webinars, assist users with technical difficulties and questions while taking detailed notes of sessions to share post-event.
- Assist in pre-event and post-event communications for both in-person and virtual events.
- Maintain and manage internal and external event calendars for the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist with on-site event production and cleanup as needed, with the ability to travel for work approximately one to four times per year.
- Organize and print event materials including name badges, table tents, agendas and attendee lists.
- Manage event shipments and logistics.
Travel
Minimal overnight travel is expected.
Required Experience
- One to five years of proven success in meeting planning or event coordination.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Marketing/Communications or Business Management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with confidence in using Excel and performing mail merges.

Washington, D.C. and require travel to the D.C. office to be onsite from Tuesday through Friday twice a year.
What will I be doing?
Guide development of and perform maintenance of Angular/.NET/C# based websites. Lead custom web development throughout the entire project life cycle including application architecture, design input, site layout/user interface, database design/programming, and .NET development. Develops .NET-based web applications and single page applications using HTML5, Current Angular Version (Angular16), node.js and C#, based on user stories with documented acceptance criteria.
Wage Range:
$174,000.00 – $177,000.00/year
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System Technology, Computer Engineering or related and five (5) years of progressive experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or related OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information System Technology, Computer Engineering or related and three (3) years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or related.
Must possess experience using JavaScript, .Net Core, C#, SQL Server, TypeScript, Angular, ASP .Net, jQuery, Postgres, and Git.
