Summary/Objective
We’re looking for an entry-level professional who is curious, eager to learn, and excited about supporting the credit union movement. This role offers a unique bird’s-eye view of our business and the opportunity to build foundational skills in product knowledge, business writing, problem-solving and the sales process. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, gain exposure to sales and account management and develop an understanding of how we partner with credit unions to strengthen their impact and serve their communities.
Essential Functions
- Execute outreach strategies to schedule in-person and phone interactions with C-suite executives related to new business generation.
- Schedule sales interactions for your assigned Account executive(s) to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Own calendaring, logistics and administrative responsibilities for prospective client pool – tracking against defined goals.
- Communicate with prospective clients using creative outreach methods via email and phone – heavily focusing on aligning value to need.
- Leverage industry research, insights, cross-department knowledge and content to identify potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and follow up on opportunities for business development.
- Maintain integrity of customer database (i.e. Salesforce) to track key performance metrics, prospect verification efforts, and insights into stages of new business pipeline.
- Track efficiency of strategies and make recommendations for adjustment.
- Prepare materials for prospective client interactions – such as agendas, decks, proposals, etc.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics or marketing preferred.

Summary/Objective
The Program Manager is responsible for driving the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the product organization. This role ensures alignment, visibility, and sustained progress across multiple interconnected workstreams by translating strategic direction into clear, actionable plans.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Program Manager establishes structure, manages timelines and dependencies, identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures teams remain coordinated and accountable. This role is focused on execution and orchestration, bringing clarity and momentum to high-impact initiatives rather than setting strategy.

- Develop and maintain integrated program timelines across multiple workstreams.

Summary/Objective
The Advertising Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with credit union clients while driving growth through Callahan’s advertising and marketing solutions. This role works closely with clients to understand their goals, recommend strategic opportunities and ensure campaigns deliver meaningful results. The position collaborates across internal teams to create value for clients while supporting Callahan’s mission of empowering credit unions and their member communities.
Essential Functions
- Primary responsibility is to develop meaningful, long-standing client relationships consistent with strategic objectives.
- Work in tandem with vendor core account manager to create cross-functional communication plans for clients and prospects.
- Responsible for successfully managing existing accounts by striving to understand customers’ expectations, developing marketing strategies, measuring results, and delivering against assigned territory targets/goals.
- Responsible for penetrating new accounts by identifying, developing, and executing outreach strategies for advertising product offerings.

Summary/Objective
The Director, Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team while driving growth across an assigned territory. This role focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships with senior leaders across the credit union and supplier ecosystem while ensuring the team successfully executes against revenue goals through disciplined account planning, pipeline management and client engagement.
This leader will bring a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the credit union movement, along with the ability to align Callahan’s insights, data and solutions with client needs. Working closely with Sales Executives, Account Managers, Business Development Representatives and internal partners, the Director will guide strategy and execution across the full client lifecycle — new sales, renewals and expansion — ensuring consistent progress toward key performance indicators and sustainable growth.
Essential Functions
- Hire, develop, and retain engaged and empowered associates vested in Callahan’s values
- Support the senior management team in developing and operationalizing strategies
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and targets that align with the company’s financial plan

- 10+ years’ experience working in direct business-to-business sales roles with a focus on financial services and/or credit union customers.
- At least 5 years in a sales leadership role managing direct reports with continually increasing levels of responsibility.
- Solid understanding of different parts of the global financial services industry, including market dynamics and customers’ business drivers.

Revenue Process Optimization
- Analyze and improve end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Design, document, and standardize workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and clear ownership across teams.
- Partner with revenue leaders to evolve processes that support changing business needs and growth goals.
Data Analysis, Insights and Reporting
