TIM TAYLOR

Tim Taylor is Vice President of Advisory Services at Callahan & Associates. In his role, he serves as a trusted advisor to credit union executive teams, helping them navigate various opportunities and challenges. As a member of Callahan’s senior management team, Tim contributes to the strategic direction of the firm related to customer experience, retention, and growth. He also enthusiastically undertakes recruiting, coaching, and mentoring activities that underpin the culture of employee development within Callahan.

Tim defines the credit union movement as a “crucial ecosystem designed to change lives for the better,” and he appreciates the opportunity to help credit unions make a meaningful impact on members. “Any day I can play even a small role in helping credit unions thrive is a great day,” he says.

When he started with Callahan a decade ago, Tim brought with him consulting experience in the fields of corporate finance, compliance, and law. At Callahan, Tim has been instrumental in the implementation of the firm’s go-to-market strategy for customer engagement and retention; today, he provides essential support for a growing team that focuses on customer experience and success.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys exploring Washington, DC, with his wife, Rinku, and their wheaten terrier, Morris. When feeling adventurous, the couple has hiked Machu Picchu and swam with great white sharks off the coast of South Africa. Tim’s current bucket list includes a cross-country road trip that hits all the major national parks and a visit to New Zealand.
